Ever done the Kayak, Hike & Snorkel Excursion?

Has anyone ever done the Carnival "Kayak, Hike & Snorkel" excursion? If so, any information would be wonderful! We are trying to decide if this is something for us or not. Was it a hard hike? What kind of shoes should you wear? Was it a nice beach you snorkel from? Do you have any pictures?

To add to my post....I'm a little irritated that when looking at the excursions on carnival's website it lists the excursion as 67.00. Well when you go to book it, it really costs 89.00. What is that? Seems like false advertising to me. Anyone else had that experience?
