Let me just say WOW. Everything was amazing. I was expecting some kind of problem, but everything went so smoothly I was amazed. Our officant Joyce from TWE was awesome. She kept eveything running so great.

We all got there to the port(ofcourse there were a few people running behind, but it didn't cause in problems) We sat in the terminal for a little while and then we boarded the ship. I think around 11:45. I went straight to our cabin to get dressed, along with some family members to help me.

Next thing I know I was being escorted to the top of the Paris Lounge. I was met there by our videographer who asked me a few questions and then the photographer took a few pictures. Then the doors opened and down the steps I walked. It was funny even though there was around 80 people there the only person I saw was my groom (Mike). I thought I was going to cry but when I say him I felt so calm and peaceful....I walked down the steps to my dad, he was waiting at the bottom then he walked me past all the guest and up a few more steps to Mike. We said our vows, everything went so perfect. After the ceremony we took a few pics with the photographer before the reception started. We walked into the reception and were greeted over the microphone, it was again amazing. We cut our cake, had our toast, had a few people toast us over the microphone, and then signed the marriage license. We had our first dance, I got to dance with my dad, Mike's father and Mike's uncle. He got to dance with my mom, his mom, and his Aunt. Then we did the bouquet throw, and the garter throw. It all went by so fast, we didn't even know there was food until we saw the video. Which by the way is WORTH EVERY PENNY. After the reception we walked around the boat and got a few more pics taken with the photog. Then we walked the ship all night. I wore my dress until I went to bed that night. The bottom of it is pretty dirty, but it was worth it. Everyone was giving us so many congrats and made us feel like we were movie stars...lol

At the end of the cruise we met with the photog and ending up buying ALL the pics, 3 canvas pics, dvd slide show, and cd with all images.

Then we met with the videography and had a final interview then walked around the ship with him while he filmed us. It came out so cute.

Our wedding was perfect. If I can answer any questions for anyone please let me know

You are beautiful! Congratulations. My wedding is in 48 days!

Did you and your fiance see each other before the wedding?

BTW....LOVE LOVE LOVE the veil! Where did you get it?

thank you. Your 48 days will go by fast. Then before you know it, wink of an eye you will be married. The ceremony and reception seemed to last about a second...lol

Yes he saw me with my hair and makeup done, but didn't see me in my dress until the ceremony. I am sure it could be possible not to see eachother, but extremely hard since everyone is in the same waiting area at the cruise terminal.

I got the veil from here http://www.honeypotboutique.com/

I'm glad everything turned out well. You look really beautiful. Did you get an upgrade on your cake? It didn't look like the regular carnival cake.It was also nice.

No we didn't upgrade the cake either. I was shocked that it was the standard.

The standard cake is only 2 tiers, so maybe that is why it looks sooooo good! =)

Oh I didn't know that. I know we didn't pay for any upgrades. Maybe it had to do with the amount of people at the reception. We had around 80.

Where did you get your hair and makeup done? I am getting married on the Inspiration in October, and that is the only big decision I have left!:o

I used the following http://www.becomingmobiledayspa.com/weddings.html.

They were great. They came to our house the morning of the wedding around 5:30 am. We had them do my makeup and hair, my mom's makeup and hair, and my sister's makeup and hair. It was wonderful not having to drive anywhere and not being rushed that morning.

If you don't mind me asking, how much was your veil? And did you order it online or go to the store?

I don't mind you asking it was $179.39. And I went to the store and got it. I also got my dress at the same place.

Yea that is about the same amount the bridal place near me is asking. I got one on Etsy.com for 40 bucks and she made it according to my dress but there wasn't a lot of beading. I really like yours. :D

Were your non-sailing guests able to go to the buffet and eat? i saw on the new papers somewhere that they wanted 10 pp to eat at the buffet for non sailing guests, just wonder if they enforced that?

Thanks
