shuttle bus from the ship to town

We'll be on the Celebrity Constellation going for Northern Europe in May. For those who travelled with Celebrity before to visit Copenhagen, Helsinki, Stockholm and Oslo, can you tell me if Celebrity will provide shuttle bus service to take us to town at the forementioned places ?

If so, do you know how much it will cost ? Also, does it take long to line up for the bus if we are a big group of over 30 people ?

 

Alternatively, what other transportation is easily accessible at these ports ?

Yes, Celebrity offers shuttle service at most of the ports except St. Petersburg (per Russian immigration law) and maybe not Oslo because you're fairly close. The shuttles leave every 20-30 minutes, and it's usually about a 15 minute drive into town. The only shuttle we took was into Riga, and that was a 40-minute transfer and cost $12 per person. I don't know what they charge for the other places. With 30 people, you should be able to pre-arrange local transportation cheaper, and all of the cities you mentioned have excellent public transportation, which is what we used.
