*Wink* Posted March 30, 2009 #27 Share Posted March 30, 2009 About the boxed wine--what will happen if I have a small box of wine in my carry on. I was expecting it to be ignored or at worse be charged the $15 corkage fee. But one of the previous posts said box wine is not allowed at all.??? Taking a box of wine is taking a chance. I honestly believe they'll let you pass and pay a corkage (although I don't know how much of a corkage.) There was a notice that went around to TA's that stated "no boxed wine." That's why I say you're taking a chance. I've read here recently that folks are getting their boxed wine on, no problem. I wouldn't take the chance because I want to make sure we have our favorite champagne for our cabin, so we'll be schlepping 7 bottles on board with us and pay the corkage. That way, there's no doubt we'll get through. HTH. :)

maggiecatenjay Posted March 31, 2009 #30 Share Posted March 31, 2009 http://www.ncljpn.jp/sc/pdf/Fleet_Wine_List.pdf is this a current wine list? Just FYI - if you look at the link it is, I think the Japanese NCL site (couldn't tell because I was prompted to download the Japanese character set LOL. The list does not have an NCL log on it so I'd be a bit leery of vouching for its authenticity. It looks pretty official to me, though.
