I have sailed on RCCL and Princess since 1987. In 2003 we sailed on the Serenade and I was very disappointed in the food,I felt the quality had gone down. I always said I felt RCCL had better food than Princess, now I am not sure. We are sailing in Feb on Empress of the Seas I wonder if anyone has been on her lately and how you feel about the food. I think the ranch steak they had on the Serenade was the worst steak I have ever had and the lobster night was also very disappointing. I really am not a person that goes to Fine resturants so I am not used to gormet food, just plain food.
