Will the Belgian Chocolate shop in Philipsburg send chocolate gift items back to the U.S.? If so, how much does the shipping cost run?

Didn't see prices, but bought a Bailey's filled chocolate. Tasty, but for the price-I'd rather buy a bottle of Bailey's!

The chocolate is to die for! They can have it delivered to your ship to decrease the chance of it melting or being nibbled away while shopping. Be sure to get a few pieces to tuck into your purse while strolling around though, it does improve the shopping experience. Across from the chocolate shop is a French Bakery with wonderful fresh cookies and tasty sandwiches.

Belgian Chocolate Shop, 109 Old St. (tel. 599/54-28863), is the best of its kind on island. Contrary to popular rumor, only some of the velvety chocolates sold in this upscale shop are pornographic, portraying parts of the human anatomy. It's always busy here, especially when cruise ships are berthed at the nearby piers.

 

Great tasting chocolate and entertainment in one spot. :D
