Taking soda on the Spirit

We have sailed on the Majesty and were able to take up to a case of soda to keep in your room. Has anyone done this on the Spirit?:D Thanks for you help!!

On the Dawn, I took a box, the kind that paper comes in to my office, and filled it with the little half cans of soda, water, juice, etc and wrote that on the top of the box, slapped a luggage tag on it and taped it up and it was delivered ... no problem

Should be no problem bringing sodas and bottled water aboard. Bring a fold up ice cooler as well, the room stewards will fill it with ice along with the bucket.

I use a small suitcase as a carry on with soda/bottled water & have had no problems. The extra suitcase comes in handy when you have to pack for the way home too!

just remember the cabins don't have refrigs in them, unless you are in a suite. bring something to keep your sodas in ice. ours was just a small folding cooler, just big enough for 3 small bottles of pepsi..but that was all we needed at a time.

This is a great tip IMO, thanks! Since we will be on this cruise with Chris' parents and they drink coke, I like mixers, and we all like bottled water for excursions, this would work well for us. Her parents are driving to New Orleans and could put it in their car. I've read they take your stuff right at the parking garage so we wouldn't have to lug in ourselves. Thank you!:)
