Belize tours for elderly

We are cruising to Belize in a few months and are taking my parents along. Due to health factors and age strenuous activities are not an option for them and they are not comfortable "splitting up". Any suggestions for a relaxing tour where my son and I might be able to snorkel on our own while they relaxed or shopped with my wife? Any suggestions would be great.

We recently cruised with my MIL who is on oxygen and unable to walk much. We did the private island beach break (Bannester island) and it was perfect. The tour boat pulls up along-side the ship so little walking. It was about a 10-15 ride to the island. Once there it's literally steps to chairs water etc. Of 12 cruises and countless islands - this was the best we've been to. Something for everyone - hammoks, snorkeling, one shop, a restaurant and bar. We saw several starfish as there are numerous sand bars - very nice!
