Free parking at Sounthampton ?

The NCL website states that free parking is possible at Southampton. Has anyone had this experience ? If so, how do you arrange it ? Thanks in advance !

Just ring NCL Customer Services with your booking reference and they will give you the information. Very easy and convienient parking - did it with the Jade last year.

Well.... I felt as though I was talking to myself yesterday. I did the same thing and the girl or her supervisor had NO idea what I was talking about. The supervisor couldn't find it on their website I was then looking at. I told her I'd give my log in and she could see what I was talking about but she wasn't "allowed" to do that. They gave me the NCL London number the website said to contact and the man there didn't either. He gave me the London numbers for NCL London but each number qwouldn't go thru. What information did they give you ? There will be 2 cars involved and will be going to the Jade also. Thanks ! :)
