Bering Sea Crab Fisherman's Tour

Can anyone tell me about this tour. Is it worth booking and first of all will it fit into the shore Excursion in Ketchikan? Anyone done this and have a report before I jump on board?:confused:

Haven't done it yet - maybe on our third AK trip in 2010! Hear its great though - try googling "Aluetian Ballad" (thats the name of the boat) and check out their website.

How I wish I were doing that excursion on our cruise. But my honey's dream is fishing in Kechikan :(

We're booked on this tour and I'm looking forward to it. At first we were not going to do it, seemed the price was high and I didn't think I would enjoy it. After reading the reviews and seeing some pictures, I'm really looking forward to it. Will let you know when I return if I think it's worth the price.
