nparmelee Posted March 31, 2009 #2 Share Posted March 31, 2009 If you dock, take the shuttle into town, if you look out to the west you start to glance glimpses of the windmills, just follow out that way. If you tender, you head almost straight back in from where you are dropped off and then you will start to see glimpses of the windmills and can just follow those. The best part of Mykonos is wandering and getting lost and finding your way out again. If you pull up google mapps for Mykonos, Greece, zoom in until you see the Mykonos port town, the dock is the straigt line in the fish hook area and the windmills can be seen from the satellite image. 12B@C Posted April 2, 2009 #4 Share Posted April 2, 2009 There was an earlier thread with these pictures. Perhaps that helps. However, some ships dock at a different area. So you will have to check. To walk from the 'down-town' area to the windmills is very easy and interesting. Be sure to take the coastal route and see the old white church near the cape.
