info on St. Peterburg taxis ?

Has anyone used this St. Petersburg taxi company?

The taxi site above lists a private car service for $80 a day with an English speaking driver. Is it too good to be true?

 

My friend and I are going on the Crystal Constellation in July. We are planning to get a 2 day visa from the New York Consulate. I can go there in person. I figure it will take an entire day.
