Hi:
I have been on the AOS twice and going again in Aug. While you may be able to board at 11:15, don't count on it. The ship docks at about 8-8:30a.m. and by the time it clears immigration and they start disembarking, the ship will probably not be empty of its passengers and not to mention the stewards having time to prepare your cabin. New passengers will not be permitted on until all the old ones are off. Besides, the ship doesn't sail until 10p.m so even if you get there at 1:00, you'll still have several hours before you set sail.
