Anyone go on the "Bar and Pub Crawl" in Aruba recently?

Just checking to see if anyone did this excursion recently and how they liked/disliked it.

I did - It was okay. but if I were to do it again, I'd skip the tour and head straight to Carlos and Charlies where all of the action is. The tour stops there last, and was, by far the best of the stops.

We did that last January, wouldn't do it again. The bus was fun and very colorful but the stops were a bust. By the time we got to Carlos and Charlies there was a waiting line outside it was so packed. Of course with the tour we got right in but way too crowded. And the drinks that came with it were small, even the beers were I think 8 oz bottles.

Hey BluI - We are sailing on the AOS 1/30 - 2/6 and we are going to give it a shot. We are doing the Pub Crawl and not the Kukoo Kunuku (sp?) that includes dinner.

My fiance and I went on this last Feb. We are in our forties and like to have fun. There were people from our ship (Brilliance) and people from Adveture that took the "tour". We took up two entire buses. It was way fun!!! The bars you go to have very few people in them til you get there. I mean there were about 60 - 75 of us all told (if not more). Each bar was a little different. The buses are fun but make sure you hold on. After a few drinks, combined with the low open windows and all the rockin going on.... who knows? We are going back to Aruba in March (Adventure this time), taking my college age son and a friend of his and we are going to do it again. I have pix if you want to see how much fun everyone was having.
