Formal nights on 13 night cruise?

Recommended Posts

On the RCI web site it says for 13 night cruises they have 2 formal nights We just received our documents and it says 13-15 night have 3 formal nights. Which is correct? We are going out of NJ on Explorer in April.

Something isn't correct somewhere. RCCL website says 12 night cruise has 3 formal nights, 13 night cruise has 2 formal nights, 14+ nights is back to 3 formal nights. The OP really needs to hear from people who have done a 13 night cruise.

Hi,

We are on the same cruise as you, also going from NJ on the 26th April.

In the book we received from Royal Caribbean, it says their are 2 formal nights on a 13 night cruise. I am hoping this is correct as i only have two formal dresses

I am sure this is the same cruise we did back in Jan on Explorer from NJ, although for some reason I thought it was a 12 night cruise, we called at San Juan, St Thomas, St Martin (could be other way around)! Dominca, Antigua and Barbados, (Tortola was cancelled before we set sail). We definately had three formal nights. Hope this helps

The documents book we received from RCI says 13-15 nights is 3 formal evenings.

However on the RC website it says 2....So I assume since the 12 night has 3 the 13 night will have 3 also.....So based on what everyone has said here I am planning on 3 formal nights!!:p

Thanks, yes its the same cruise except for once a year to balance out the calendar they have to do one 13 nighter.....so since you had 3 I assume we will also.
