Dunn's river shuttle

I have tried to email dunn river shuttle to make a reservation twice and haven't heard anything. Has anyone else had problems? Their website states we need a reservation confirmation. Can you just show up and board? How will we recognize their specific shuttle bus? thanks

I booked on line and got an email telling me to print and bring with me:rolleyes:

We also had no problem booking on line. I think there were a few people who didn't make a reservation who just joined the shuttle when they saw it, but it was pretty full so I imagine it would be best to try and make a reservation ahead of time. Oh, there was a girl with a dunns rive shuttle sign in the terminal - that's how we found them.
