Fishing in St Marteen

We will be sailing on the Jewel of the Seas 2/12/05, we are interested in going deep sea fishing but would like to hear what the critics say before making our reservation.

we enjoy sportfishing, keeping the meat fish to eat and releasing the rest (after the kodak camera captures the moment on film. would love to participate in some kind of tournament amongst other sport fish enthusiasts, What are the popular species caught during this time frime, This could be a fun and challenging adventure/contest for a avariety of folks. would love to hear some imput on the matter. we could even have some kind of captians meeting before hand and awards banquet after. the possibilities are endless. Let's have some fun here and troll some waters we haven't dragged any lures on before and see what happens. tell me what you think.
