Coral Breeze tours - Caye Caluker or Bannister Island

Help! I'm trying to decide between the snorkeling and Caye Caulker excursion or the snorkel/beach/manatee excursion through Coral Breezes. Has anyone done both of these? How do they compare? Thanks.

From the reading *I* have done (based on reviews and reports here on CC, as well as emailing with Mark at Coral Breeze), I've surmised that the beach at Bannister is MUCH nicer. And the snorkeling off of Caye Caulker is a bit better, but the water can be rougher, so it depends on how strong of a swimmer you are, and/or how comfortable you are with that.
