Car rental near port open past 5 ?

Can anyone tell me if there is a car rental agency near the port that is open past 5:00pm. We are in port from 5pm - midnight (Carnival Pride) and are interested in the bio bay tour in fajardo @ 6:30. I have checked several places and all seem to close at 4 or 5 (hertz, enterprise, Charlies).

 

Charlies has an office aprox. 20 minutes away but I am unsure if I can catch a taxi, pick up the car & make it to fajardo in time.

 

Any input would be appreciated. Thanks in advance !
