Brilliance of the Sea Question

We're thinking about a Med. Cruise with RC in August 2005. We've been on Voyager, Explorer, Mariner with our 8-year old daughter and we all loved it. Does Brilliance have the same high standard of the Adventure Ocean as the larger ships? When a child would rather cruise than go to Disney World, you know they're doing something right! Thanks in advance.

We were on Brilliance with our sons (8 and 10). They loved the kids program. As a matter of fact, that is one of the things that will keep us cruising with RCCL. We have never been on a Voyager Class ship so I can't compare, but there was always tons for them to do, and the staff was great!!!! As far as I can tell, the only thing missing between Brilliance and a Voyager class would be the in-line skating and the ice rink. Have fun on your cruise!!!!!

We just booked the Aug. 4, 2005 12 night sailing with our 2 kids, who will be 9 and 12 when we sail. We've previously sailed on RCI Vision class ships with the kids, and they very much enjoyed the Adventure Ocean program. They preferred it to the Disney Magic, which they found a little overwhelming.

One of our previous RCI cruises was a 10 day Western Caribbean trip on the Splendour of the Seas in 2002. The kids enjoyed the entire cruise, which gives us a little confidence that 12 days will work--especially with the mix of sea and port days on this itinerary.

Good Luck!

THANKS
