ArmyWife82490 Posted April 13, 2009 #1 Share Posted April 13, 2009 (This question's on the Belize board, as well as Cayman) My DH desperately wants to go fishing while we are on our cruise in August. However, we don't really want to spend the $200 ($99 per person) to go through Carnival, and I'm not too sure as to what other companies are out there. He's under the impression you can just walk up on the beach and rent the equipment. Is that true? If not, what companies do fishing excursions? Thanks! dknight1021 Posted April 13, 2009 #2 Share Posted April 13, 2009 Hey there, I was in the same boat (HaHa) with my husband who wanted to fish. We have booked Victor Bodden for the day, He offers a fishing tour for $70 per hour. That is for up to six people not per person. We are going in just a few weeks, so I can let you know when we get back. Seems like a good deal to me. Victor comes very highly recommended on these boards.
