Going solo

I am going on a cruise with a large group of people but I booked the dolphin excursion with dolphin discovery and my cruise mate bailed on me...I do not want to cancel my dolphin swim...how safe do you think it is to go alone?? I know I am probably crazy but they come and pick you up....what are your thoughts??

If it is a booked tour you should be with others on the ride over and back. I would seek other options if you find that you will be the ONLY person. Good Luck!:)

If you booked through the cruise line, you'll be with a ton of other cruisers, and not exactly alone. Cozumel is a very safe place in general, so provided that you're booked with a reputable company, I wouldn't bail due to safety concerns. After all, you might even make some new friends during the excursion.

Kids just did the Dolphin swim through Dolphin Discovery. Very safe and secure. Chankanaab Park was great. They really enjoyed it!!
