Clear Lake, La Marque, Texas City, Webster?

Can any of you wise and experienced CCers tell me if there's a decent hotel in any of the above-referenced cities that has a shuttle to the Galveston pier?

 

It looks like I can get 2 rooms in those cities for less than what 1 room costs in Galveston. And, with 4 women, 2 bathrooms would be much less chaotic.

I don't think any in the Clear Lake Area have shuttles from their hotels to Galveston. A local taxi is the next best ride.
