roatan times

I am worried about the times we will be in Roatan. 8am-3pm, I heard this was 6am-1pm Roatan time. Has anyone been there recently on the Carnival Legend. Is anything open at 6am.

Do not be worried. We had a change on the Valor last year that put us in Roatan at 5AM their time. We were not expected to be in port at all that day and even at that time..we were first off the ship. All tours were eagerly awaiting our arrival. We did Victor Bodden tours and our driver was waiting. We toured the island, visited the monkeys, beach and shopping. You will be fine, they are eager to have your business.

 

To date, this is my favorite port, and I can not wait to visit in May! Enjoy

We just got off the Legend on the 19th. Everything is open when you get to port.

Just off the Pearl and ship time was the same as local time. The Pearl moved ahead an hour on two separate nights (or maybe 3 nights?) so that when we arrived in Roatan, ship and local times were the same.
