Wine question

We have orderd the anniversary package for our upcoming cruise. Although we drink wine, we rarely order a bottle with dinner because we don't usually drink that much with dinner. Of course, we are usually driving home too so on the cruise we might finish it afterall ;) One piece of this package is a bottle of wine with dinner. Are we able to bring the leftover wine back to the room for later? Or is that just not done? Appreciate your help!

Geez, I don't know for sure, since that never happended to us!! :D

I do know, that if you don't finish it, they will recork it and save it for dinner the next night.(It doesn't matter where you eat, they will still bring it to you)

I can't think of a reason they wouldn't recork it and let you take it with you though.

Anyone else know for sure?

any bottle you order that you don't finish at the table can be

1) put away for your next meal - that never happens to us

2) you can take swigs from it as you "gracefully" leave the dining room

anything leftover you take with you. once you purchase a bottle it's yours for sure.

We were just on the Jewel and ordered the annivarsary package too. If you do not finish the bottle you can take it with you.

Also, if you do not drink champagne (you will get a bottle on embarkation, together with the chocolate covered strawberries), you can take it to the dining room with you and exchange it for a bottle of wine at no additional cost to you.:)
