bobnsofi Posted April 28, 2009 #1 Share Posted April 28, 2009 Click on the link below, and then click on Baja on the Map. The cruise ships are sitting around lower Baja. NO PORTS! http://www.sailwx.info/shiptrack/cruiseships.phtml Well Tuesday morning (4/28) tells the tale. Sapphire Princess is supposed to port in Puerto Vallarta at 8am (Carnival owns Princess & Holland). According to Sailwx.info, Sapphire is currently nowhere near Puerto Vallarta. She is just far enough down to get some warm weather. Will Mariner of the Seas make it to Cabo by 10:30am Tuesday (4/28)? Will Carnival Splendor make it to Puerto Vallarta by 10am Wednesday morning (4/29)? We shall see. SDPadreFan Posted April 28, 2009 #3 Share Posted April 28, 2009 Hard to tell because of the time stamp. Sapphire's last reporting time was 1200Z on Monday which would make it about 5am on Monday in Los Angeles. She would still have a full days sail at that point. bobnsofi Posted April 28, 2009 Author #4 Share Posted April 28, 2009 It looks like Mariner is the only current report, and it is Basking OFF COURSE. The Splendor & Sapphire have turned off reporting 6 & 12 hours ago. Cruiser63 Posted April 28, 2009 #10 Share Posted April 28, 2009 At this moment, 9.40am the Mariner is in Cabo. I just contacted a friend and says it is there but people are not off yet. So I will call again later and ask again. As for PV, the Sapphire did not dock today. The Ryndam canceled Mazatlan also today. Louis

Cruiser63 Posted April 28, 2009 #13 Share Posted April 28, 2009 I called my friends and they say that people are getting off the ship in cabo. So it seems to be the only ship that has arrived to a port on the mexican riviera today. Louis
