Carnival Coupon Book

Just wondering how I might get one of the Carnival cruise coupon booklet ? I checked with our cruise rep but he said we had to take more than one cruise a year to get that but as I no longer trust our carnival rep I wanted to see if that was true? the reason for the mistrust is that I asked him before we booked our next cruise what happens if the price goes down and he said all I had to do was call him and he would be able to get a room credit.......well it went down after we booked and when i called he denied he said that and said he couldn't do anyhthing for us, and we have used him for booking our last 5 cruises.......so iam wondering does anyone know if this is the only way to get the coupons..........thank you

My TA sent me the coupon book--I can't really find anything in it worth while--mostly just 10% discount on some purchases. Personally, I don't think it is worth what it cost to mail it to me. Just my opinion.
