Formal night dates Independence 27 May

Hi We are on the Independence on 27 May for a 10 day cruise and want to know which days would be formal nights as I want to book Chops for a couple of nights but do not want to miss the MDR on formal nights

Don't know for certain but I would think 2 formal nights. Captains party on 28th and again on 3rd June. i am also on this cruise with wife daughter and her husband.
