Has anyone booked with Sueno Del Mar?

I have contacted people at the resort for a dive excursion, and they want me to make a 50 $ pay pal deposit to "hold the reservation" can anyone explain the rest of their reservation process and if this place is legitimate?

We used Sueno del Mar a few years ago, and I can say they were the worst dive op we have ever encountered. The rental equipment was falling apart, leaking regs, air cylinders way past due for inspection, divemaster had no clue, etc. etc. Half our party refused to do the 2nd dive. The former owner (it had just changed hands) was on the premises, and when he heard our complaints, he retrieved his own new equipment for our use. Otherwise, the rest of us would not have gone back in.

Maybe they have cleaned up since then, but I'd ask around some more.
