Are the charms you can get in the ports for the DI charm bracelet the same each year, or do they change the charms from the previous year?

My wife has been collecting to many years. Over the years they have occasionally changed. A couple of years ago one of the Alaska ports changed. You can go to DI web site and check what each ports charms are.
