brilliance 11 night

I'll be on the brilliance on Jan 3. It shouldnt matter, the specialty restaurants have the same menu all the time, the only difference is that you can get the same food served in the main dining rooms on that night.

What we have done in the past is this:

At noon check out the menu for that evening in the regular restaurant. If there is nothing you REALLY like, make a booking for the other. In most cases you will still be able to get in although not always..
