Star Tours Belize-anyone used them before?

Has anyone used Star Tours Belize for a snorkel excursion "for cruise ship passengers". We have two adults and two college-age sons wanting a day's snorkeling (without Super Bowl-sized crowds).

I have used both EcoTours (2005) and EcoTours (2006) for snorkel trips to Caye Caulker and Shark Ray Alley. EcoTours had their own boat to Caye Caulker, we had to go to the Marine Terminal and take the water taxi (open boat, no cover) with Star Tours. They had prepaid tickets waiting for us. Had no problem with either, good guides, good snorkel sites. We booked EcoTours on site, but booked Star Tours the next year in advance due to their cheaper price. I have seen some reviews where people have had trouble finding the water taxi and connecting with Star Tours.

 

This year we are planning to go to San Pedro (Ambergris Caye, 15 minutes by boat beyond Caye Caulker). Due to the distance, I think I will book NCL's tour for $104 to give us maximum time on the island (7-1/2hours total tour) without worry for making the ship.
