Sound machine?

We have a cheaper sound machine from Target, it was Homedics.

My 9 year old sleeps with it. And my 5 year old sleeps with a fan. But on the ship, they are so exhausted at the end of the night, they don't need anything to get them to sleep. I think it's the gentle rocking. It even makes me sleepy. :D

Yes, I thought I had asked before - but couldn't find it.

What department in the stores are these usually located? I can't ever seem to find them:rolleyes:

It' s the drowning out of the noise from others that we will need. He is such a light sleeper- you can't even sneeze or cough!!

I will look at target - I need one asap.

Thanks

Does this one stay on all the time or does it automatically shut off?

The one I have from Target has a setting to keep it on all the time or set it for 30, 60, 90 minutes.

It's listed under Bed/Bath at Target Online so you might want to call your local store and see if they carry it.

This is the exact one I have...

I have one very similar to that one. It's probably just an older model. Both my daughter and I use it. We love it! We take everywhere we travel. It stays on all night until I turn it off. It may have an automatic shut off, but I'm not sure.

I have one for DS who is 16 MO. It is from Babies R Us and stays on all night or you can set the time. I think it was around $20. We used it on our cruise and were glad that we brought it especially during naptime since people were talking down the hallways and DS is a light sleeper.
