Transportation from Wyndham to Pier BAD

We just got off the Voyager of the Seas and we wanted to warn any of you that are planning to stay at the Wyndham Miami Beach and get the Royal Caribbean transportation to the pier to BEWARE. The documents say they will pick you up at 11:00 but the hotel will tell you 1:00 pm. But then, you wait and wait and wait. The bus did not come for us until 3:00 in the afternoon!!!

 

The Concierge at the hotel even had to call the bus company (Greyhound) to try and get them to pick us up. It is LOUSY TRANSPORTATION.

 

I liked the hotel but I will never buy the "package" deal again because of this lousy transportation. You are better off doing it yourself.

Nothing for nothing, why didn't you just call a cab? If my ride wasn't there at 11:01am I'd have found another one. :o
