hi all

my name is joe my wife andrea.

going on our first p o cruise 12/06/2010 for two weeks E013 on oceana.

we will be driving down to southampton from canvey island.

booked free parking ,where do i go and when do they take the car,is it easy,and any info on oceana.

Hi Joe

If you have arranged your parking you should have your parking windscreen sticker and all the information. You basically just drive up to the terminal as directed by the marshalls. Someone removes your heavy luggage from your car (make sure you have the lables on before leaving home), you hand over your car keys for which they give you a receipt and you then walk into the terminal with only your hand luggage and check in. Your car is driven away and parked. When you return you hand in your car keys receipt, they give you the keys and tell you where the car is parked. Its all very well organised. Just make sure you know which terminal you are going from. This information will be in your tickets which you get 3=4 weeks before departure. This link shows which ships are leaving from where and also maps of each terminal, but 2010 departures will not be shown until around march next year.

have you been on the oceana and did you like her.

its our first time with p and o are they a good company,this will be our third cruise the others with thompson all inclusive and loved them,

this is a good forum to learn all about the ship so any information on her will be helpfull.
