Ventura casino and your on board credit

We had £300- On Board credit. I asked in the casino if I could draw cash. No problem sad the cashier, and promptly handed over the cash. So far so good later that day we viewed our account on the TV which was fine and showed the amounts which were deducted.

We assumed this money was coming out of our on Board credit, but no it

was treated as an separate account.

consequently we thought we had used up all our cabin credit but no on

receiving our statement at the end it showed a credit of £36 which as you

may know you lose if you dont spend.
