HELP! Need Shark Ray Alley & San Pedro thru independ. tour-not offered on ship!

MY husband and I REALLY want to snorkel Shark Ray Alley (and Coral Gardens if possible) and visit San Pedro, but this tour is not available on our sailing. Does anyone know how to book this tour independently, with time to visit San Pedro and make it back to the ship in time for departure? I figured we could take a water taxi from the port to San Pedro . . . Our ship arrives at 7 am per our itinerary (is that one hour ahead of Belize :confused: ) and departs at 5 pm. Also, is there colorful coral formations at Shark Ray Alley in case we can't get to Coral Gardens? Thanks for any advice!

Royal Caribbean doesn't offer on our sailing either. I was planning on booking. So we booked coral Breeze, SharkRay Alley and Caye Caulker.

After looking at independent tours including San Pedro, I realized we wouldn't be in port long enough to get to Ambergris Caye. So we, too, booked with Coral Breeze :) .
