TV on Grandeur

I'm sailing at 5pm Saturday, Dec 11 on the Grandeur from New Orleans. Does anyone know if we will get the Heisman Trophy ceremony on TV at 7pm? I assume at that time we will be heading out to the gulf from the Mississippi.

I hate to say this Vickie, but this is an international ship. To them a football is round. A Heisman Trophy? What's that?

 

 

They did JIP the NFL playoffs while I was aboard, but the espn channel aboard, like the CNN and CNNBusiness channels are all of the international variety and are therefore anything but american. You are more likely to see curling between the soccer matches than anything else.

I was afraid of that! I was hoping since we would likely still be in US waters, that we might get the feed. Oh well, I'll hit the internet about 8pm. I'm glad I'm not sailing the first week of January!

Last Sunday (11/28) on the Grandeur they showed American football. But I'm not sure if this is the norm. I wouldn't hole my breath.
