This is one of those dumb stupid questions I know But!!!

We booked over the phone with RCI and paid the downpayment with balance due in April for our June cruise. Then I went to the web site and put in my name, etc.

 

There is links to your saved, booked, or something like that on the site I thought our booked cruise would show up on there but it doesn't. What am I doing wrong?

 

I know I quess I should call them, just thought you guys that have cruised RCI before might could help.

 

This is our first RCI and first experience with RCI web site as well. The info has always been there on the Carnival site showing price, down payment and balance due.

 

Just wondering what I need to do so I can you know see it in black and white.

Not a dumb question, I had to call several times before I could figure it out, go to http://www.royalcaribbean.com website, in the middle of the page, at the bottom, click on "guest information forms" and a box will come up and ask for you name, confirmation number RC gave you, ship and date, then you should be able to see your information and ask you to complete the forms necessary before they issue your tickets, hope this helps

When I called RCCL, booked and sent in my deposit, it was the same for

me also. I would think that would only be if you actually booked online. I

never questioned it. Just logon with your last name, number and you will

be able to access your informaiton forms.
