Somewhere to eat near Southampton

Hello all we are tavelling to southampton tomorrow and was hoping someone could recomend somewhere to eat on the way. We are sailing saturday on oceana E912, cant wait its our first cruise. Any help would be much appreciated.

You won't need to eat much Jacko as you can board around 12.30 and have lunch in the Plaza (self service) before your cabin is ready at 2pm.

You don't say where we you are staying. When we went there, we stayed at the Travelodge. There was a very good pub/restaurant about half a mile up the road from there (away from the city centre). Sorry, can't remember what it was called.
