what is your favorite itinerary in the caribbean? Eastern, Western, or Southern? and WHY!

Southern! Love St. Lucia, Antigua and St. Maarten. Aruba was nice too. Weather is always wonderful no matter what time of the year!

Southern for me......hands down. We personally love this route because there is so much more caribbean culture and variety as you get further away from the US. But, if you are a little nervous about 3rd world countries (the type of person that complains about Jamaica) and loves Grand Caymen then it may not be for you........IMO.

Southern....then eastern....then stay home to paint the cats....then western.

Southern....hands down! The islands are much more beautiful and the people are friendlier. We are also much more comfy renting a car and going about it on our own or finding other transportation besides the cruise line.

Southern - better scenery. More exotic (plus I've been to St. Thomas, Grand Cayman, Cozumel, St. Maarten, San Juan more often both on land vacations and on cruises).
