Spa room smoking

I know Spa rooms are non smoking but what about the Balcony?

The only ship with Spa staterooms currently is the Splendor. You are not permitted to smoke anywhere in the Spa cabin areas, including the balconies.

The new Dream will also have this area of the ship that will likewise be smoke free.

Those that book the Splendor (and soon the Dream) have to sign a contract stating they will not spoke in the cabin or on the balcony if they booked a Spa category cabin. I read that anyone caught smoking in a spa category cabin is subject to being booted off the ship at next port....no one has been so far, that has been reported....
