VE cabins on Eurodam?

I know we're not one of the ones near a lifeboat, but does anyone know if these cabins have an outdoor verandah which seats two comfortably? We're on the Eurodam in July for HA, and are currently booked with VE. What's the likelihood of an upgrade?
