parking reservation for pier 91

so now that it is open and operating i'm hoping someone who has experienced the parking there can tell me weither parking reservations are needed or not. we did not need ressy for parking at pier 66 but a flat parking lot may not hold as many vehicles as a parking structure. so need your advise.

Do you HAVE to make reservations? Probably not, but it is highly recommended.
