White Star From Ship to Shore (London)?

As I recall, I used White Star Luggage once to have bags transported from the ship (can't remember if it was QE2 or QM2) to my address in New York. They lost them! But I eventually got them back.

 

I'm going to say that was just bad luck, and perhaps give them one more try, this time in Southampton (to London).

 

The thing is, on the Cunard site it says you have to give 35 days notice to have bags delivered TO the ship. However, FROM the ship, I just booked it while on board. Is this still possible do you know? Thanks.
