Mickb Posted December 11, 2004 #1 Share Posted December 11, 2004 We are contemplating an Autumn cruise from Montreal to New York on Navigator. Some time last year, I read reports that she was very prone to vibration and the latest Berlitz guide also warns about this. We are light sleepers so it is important to us. Can anybody who cruised aboard her please enlighten me? We would be looking for an ordinary mid grade balcony cabin. Also the cruise that we are looking at continues on via Ft Lauderdale tthrough the Panama Canal. Can anyone advise on the liklihood of RSSC's allowing us to disembark in Ft Lauderdale and not New York?
dougburns Posted December 11, 2004 #2 Share Posted December 11, 2004 Get a stateroom mid ship and you'll be fine. The vibration is only near the stern. RSSC will allow you to disembark in FLL if you have a good TA who can arrange it. You basically pay by the day.
