Vibration on Navigator

We are contemplating an Autumn cruise from Montreal to New York on Navigator. Some time last year, I read reports that she was very prone to vibration and the latest Berlitz guide also warns about this. We are light sleepers so it is important to us. Can anybody who cruised aboard her please enlighten me? We would be looking for an ordinary mid grade balcony cabin.

Also the cruise that we are looking at continues on via Ft Lauderdale tthrough the Panama Canal. Can anyone advise on the liklihood of RSSC's allowing us to disembark in Ft Lauderdale and not New York?
