Thanks again. Did you see anyone wearing jeans in the dining room? Trying to pack light but it is very hard!

 

I wore jeans every night except for the "elegant" nights and jeans would have worked then, also. Nobody cares, except for the fashion police on CC. ;)

 

My GF wore dresses every night, as I recall, but she pretty much always does.

 

Alaska itself is very casual, and you will see more jeans than suits in fine restaurants. In fact, you might be hard pressed to find a suit in a restaurant.

Summarizing some of the differences in food for Alaska...

 

There was a different, "special" fish each night - not listed on the menu, but listed in the Capers:

 

Wed: Cajun Seared Salmon

Fri: Butter Poached Salmon (shown with a couple of bites of flat iron steak)
