Quick Shuttle at Ballantyne Pier

This may be a dumb question, but my parents are taking the Quick Shuttle Saturday from SeaTac to Ballantyne Pier. Can someone confirm...I'm assuming the shuttle drops them off at the cruise terminal? Is there any need for a cab or even a porter?

That should be Canada Place, not Ballantyne Pier. Sorry for the confusion!

They arrive at either Pier.

Luggage may need to be moved across the parking/unloading area depending on which Ship they are going on. Longshore may be available right at bus or Porter. Depending on bus/car/pax traffic and number of ships there they need to be aware of which way it should go and to have it clearly marked when they Board the bus.
