How close does your cruise have to be for you to get Giddy?!?!?

Okay, people, this is getting ridiculous! I can't function at this level of giddy. I don't just mean I can't be productive at work - I mean I can barely get through the day. I may have to give up cruising altogether!:rolleyes:

Dingle Sigits and counting!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you think you can't function now, imagine what it would be like to never cruise again.......there would be no reason to function!

Well, yes, there is that. I :p:) We all know I live and work for my vacations!!

Gosh just having a cruise booked gets me giddy. Once I get to the point of looking at different excursions, etc then it becomes a bit more exciting. Ultimately I am ready to pack several weeks before the trip LOL!!! Down to 23 days and I can barely stand it (for my first Alaska cruise).

Maybe you could take a 9 day nap!!! ;)

You're really close now!!! How great is that! Enjoy that anticipation!:D

Great idea! But giddyness interferes with my sleep. ;) the only relief I've found so far is alcohol.

I've discovered another solution ;)

Lucky you!

I should clarify. The drinking doesn't actually cure the giddyness. It just makes it feel normal. :D I'm supposed to walk around half-witted with a big smile on my face when I have a cocktail in my hand. ;)

I'm the same. I'm a wreck the night before, worrying about what I have forgotten. But once I am in the car on my way the pier or airport, I am one happy, stress-free girl. 'Cause by then there nothing I can do about, but enjoy!

I am very close to peak giddyness now. We leave in a few hours to fly to Venice and our adventure begins. A dream coming true! Thanks for all the support, gang, as we go through our giddyness together. :D
