Bringing alcohol back from ports?

Is it OK to bring a bottle of local alcohol back on board ship when in port?

 

We're going to Mexico and would love to bring a good bottle of tequila home as a souvenir. Is this allowed?

yes it is allowed but they will take it and give it too you and the end of your cruise

Yes, but there are limits to how many based on your country of residency before you have to pay duty.

If you happen to belong to a Sam's or Price Club and there's a store wherever you're stopping, then check out their prices for your alcohol. The best prices anywhere. I bought some Tequilla in PV that cost $8 USD and in the states sells for $35+ and it was(:D) delicious:)
